Great mug the lids seal on really well they don’t get knocked off easily you have to undo the heat valve to take them off. Bigger then expected so great for so many uses we purchased 12 got extra for gifts but there so useful we are keeping them all would definitely buy again they are a good weight not to heavy they seem to hold heat well would definitely recommend to people especially if you want to do meals ahead of time
