Delivery

To ensure fast shipping, we will immediately process your order via Australia Post in Australia once payment has been received and cleared. Please allow 3-4 business days for dispatch

For orders valued at more than $125, Standard Shipping is FREE.

For orders valued under $125, Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $11.

Express Shipping is available on all orders for $20.

Generally deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted).

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it by 16th December 2024. Orders placed after this date will be processed as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. Thank you for your understanding!

If there is no one home to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during normal opening hours. All consignments are sent with a tracking number which can be emailed to you on request.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive your tracking number by email. You will be able to track the shipment through the Australia post website.

Changing an order

Unfortunately, once an order is placed it is automatically processed by our warehouse. Because of this we are unable to change or cancel any orders once they have been placed.

International Orders

Sorry, we do not currently ship internationally, however you can find our products stocked in all good homeware stores around the globe.

 Auspost NSW & QLD Local Delivery Impacts Notice

Flooding and extreme weather conditions across the Northern Rivers Region in New South Wales and in Queensland are causing some delivery delays for items coming in and out of these regions. Local deliveries in flood-affected areas are also impacted.

The safety of our people and the community is our priority and we will recommence deliveries as soon as it is safe to do so.

Tracked items will be delivered as soon as it is safe to do so. Express Post and StarTrack Premium items are also being prioritised. You can continue to track your packages and get updates through the Australia Post mobile app.

While every effort was made to move mail and parcels to a safe location prior to the flooding, we expect some items will have been severely damaged or washed away. As soon as our affected sites can be accessed safely, our team will work to assess the impact and undamaged items will be delivered as soon as possible.

Our warehouse will be closed from the 22nd of December until the 2nd of January. Any orders placed after the 20th of December will be shipped in the new year.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off

Standard Post:

Order before midnight on Sunday the 11th of December to make the Auspost Christmas cut off date (excludes WA & NT).

WA & NT - order before midnight on Sunday the 4th of December to make the Auspost Christmas cut off date.

Express Post:

Order before midnight on Sunday the 18th of December to make the Auspost cut off date (excludes WA & NT).

WA & NT - order before midnight on Sunday the 11th of Dec to make the Auspost cut off date.

Returns

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Goods may only be returned or exchanged where they are faulty or damaged and Ashdene must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of such items. You will receive a replacement item in accordance with the manufactures warranty provisions and if a replacement item is no longer available a similar item, equal to or better will be offered as an alternative. There are no cash refunds.

Faulty or damaged items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Please keep all packaging and manuals supplied with the product in good, original condition. All items, faulty, damaged or non-damaged, must be returned with its proof of purchase, original packaging and manuals, in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items, and to charge a $50 handling and administration fee if the condition of the product was found to be misrepresented by the customer.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us for further instructions. Please note returned items must be well packed for return journey or may be considered to have been damaged on the return and therefore, not replaced.

How to make a refund claim

To make a refund claim for damaged goods, you must first notify our staff indicating which product(s) are damaged or incorrectly supplied, along with your contact details and purchase order number. Our staff will then contact you with further instructions on how to complete your refund claim.
