How To Assemble Your Bradley Wooden Bar Cart

 

Assembling your Bradley Wooden Bar Cart is easy! Follow our assembly instructions in the video above, and you will have your bar cart ready to go in no time.

 

In the box:
  • 2 x Wooden Shelves
  • 4 x Side Panels
  • 4 x Long Metal Poles
  • 4 x Short Metal Poles
  • 2 x Brake Wheels
  • 2 x Standard Wheels
  • 8 x Bolts
Step 1

Connect 2 of the Side Panels with 2 of the Short Metal Poles.

Step 2

Place the Wooden Shelf at the bottom of the Wooden Side Panels.

Step 3

Align corresponding holes and secure the Shelf with 2 Flat Washers and Bolts.

Step 4

Fully tighten with Allen Key to ensure cart is secure and stable.

Step 5

Repeat these steps for the top Wooden Shelf.

Step 6

Place 2 Long Metal Poles into the corresponding Side Panel holes.

Step 7

Place 1 Side Panel on the corner and insert Long Metal Poles into their corresponding holes.

Step 8

Secure Side Panel to Wooden Shelves with 2 Flat Washers and Bolts.

Step 9

Insert remaining Long and Short Metal Poles into their corresponding holes.

Step 10

Attach Side Panel to the remaining corner.

Step 11

Secure with Flat Washers and Bolts and tighten with Allen Key.

Step 12

Screw Wheels into the bottom of the cart.

Step 13

Flip and do the other side.

NOTE

Ensure Brake Wheels are on the same end.

Step 14

Flip the right side up.
